The integrative review can be thought of as the second phase of the Initial Assessment. It is the rigorous, in-depth evaluation that was mentioned on that page. To accomplish this, Certified Patient Services, LLC will collect as many of your medical records as you are willing to turn over or authorize us to collect from your providers. Nationally, roughly 30% of all medical records are lost or misplaced at some point. We highly recommend that you grant us the right to look at all of your records, even those you may not feel are relevant to your case. This will help us to spot areas where records may have been lost or important information that has been downplayed or completely overlooked because someone assumed it was not important or not relevant. In short, the more information you can provide, the better a job we can do for you.
With all of this information in hand, we can cross-reference all of your known symptoms and conditions, all of your test results, all of your prescribed treatments, your specific lifestyle choices, and any relevant environmental factors with the most current research from trusted, reliable sources to find possible adverse interactions, inappropriate pairings, or alternate explanations for problems you have been experiencing. Armed with this information, we may suggest getting a second opinion, seeing a specialist that has not yet been suggested, looking into an alternative therapy or clinical trial, or making a lifestyle modification. Whatever our determination, we can help to point you in the right direction to get help and even assist you with making the appointments.
